In accordance with certificates of permit to certain types of work received from Self-regulating Organizations, licenses issued by Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision JSC “Uralgipromez” has the right to carry out complex survey, pre-project, engineering, design and expert services necessary for the construction of new objects, expansion, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, preservation and liquidation of already existing industrial and civil objects, and also construction works. These services include:
- Process engineering of complexes belonging to main and auxiliary productions and of iron and steel industry objects (ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy), process engineering of metallurgical productions belonging to other industries.
- Process engineering of objects and construction dealing with production of construction materials and objects, non-metallic materials, ceramic objects, walling, wooden building construction and objects.
- Engineering of objects belonging to external, on-site and in-plant transportation means, garages and filling stations, repair shops.
- Engineering of environmental protection objects; gas and water cleaning systems and constructions, objects dealing with technogenic formations processing; Calculations of buffer areas.
- Engineering of automation and control equipment, automated control systems (including engineering process controlling systems); engineering of objects and systems of communication, radio and television, fire-fighting systems.
- Development of design documentation for various types of non-standard equipment, including processing lines and mechanization means.
- Engineering geological and ecological surveys including laboratory examination of soils, surface and underground waters; examination and estimation of physical forces.
- Heat and gas turbine power stations engineering, small power objects with gas and steam turbines with capacity of 0.1-30MW for heat and electrical supply of separate objects.
- Engineering of production dealing with generation, processing, storage and application of air, hydrogen, chlorine and ammonia decomposition products.
- Engineering of power objects, power and heat supply systems and networks, gas and water industry systems and any other types of energy carriers; engineering of heating, ventilation and conditioning systems.
- Architectural and building engineering of industrial objects, domestic dwellings (up to 25 stories high), public and religious building and construction and restoration. Building organization plans of complex industrial and civil objects construction.
- General plans of objects, enterprises and groups of enterprises. Town-planning documentation for districts, blocks and stations development.
- Examination of technical state of industrial and civil buildings and construction.
- Development of investment intentions (investment reasons review, business plans). Calculations of economic and financial indexes of investment efficiency.
- Drawing up of all kinds of design documentation.
- Development of production schedules used in designing and operation of metallurgical production and other types of production.
- Industrial safety expertise: safety examination of project documentation for highly explosive and flammable objects of metal manufacture; safety examination of technical devices used in dangerous production objects of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy; safety examination of buildings and constructions of metallurgy and by-product coking industry objects
- Technological, design and construction engineering: expanded documentation registration, obtaining and registration of basic data for designing and technical support of projects; architectural supervision of building and construction activities; participation in the commission of objects and examination of performance guarantees during warranty period.
- Participation in the development of tender documentation for contracting auctions: preliminary investigation, assistance in auction participation, consultation concerning terms of contract.
- Fulfillment of Customer-Builder functions, including organization of production and delivery of technological equipment, other types of equipment and various types of material and technical resources for industrial and civil objects construction, organization of construction works.

- Other types of work necessary for effective transactions between parties.
